Who you deal with

Two companies in Finale Ligure run the shop together. The one that sells you each tour or bike is shown as the seller on the price and on your booking, and your contract is with that company.

Your booking

• Prices and free seats on this site come live from the shop. The price shown when you book is the total for your booking.
• Your booking is confirmed when you get the confirmation by email, or when the shop confirms your request.
• The deposit, cancellation, weather and damage rules for each tour and bike are shown before you pay and on your booking. Those rules are part of these terms.
• Please give true details for each rider: we use them to choose the right bike and the right group.

On the day

• Mountain biking has risks. Ride within your level and follow your guide and the shop's advice.
• Wear a helmet at all times. Every rental comes with a helmet and protection.
• Bring rental bikes back on time and in the state you got them. Damage is handled as the rules on your booking say.
• The guide may change or stop a ride for safety, for example in bad weather.

Our chats and the assistant

You can write to the shop on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, by email or in the chat on this website. An assistant helps the staff answer. It can make mistakes: what counts is the price, the seats and the rules shown on your booking. The assistant never takes a payment, gives a refund or changes a paid booking. A member of staff does that, and you can ask for a person at any time.

Please be polite, and do not send anything unlawful or anyone else's private details.

This website

Texts, photos and logos on this site belong to the shop or to the photographers credited on each photo. Do not copy them without asking. We try to keep the site working and correct, but we cannot promise it is never down.

Your rights and the law

These terms follow Italian law. They never take away the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, talk to us first: write to info@finalebikers.com and we will try to put it right.
