How to ask

1. Write to info@finalebikers.com, or send the words "delete my data" to the shop on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger or in the chat on this website.
2. Write from the same number, email or account you used with us, so we can find your details. If you write from somewhere else, tell us the name and the email or number you used.
3. We reply to confirm we have your request, and again when your data is deleted.

You can also ask at the shop counter.

What gets deleted

• Every conversation with you, on every channel: your messages and our replies.
• Photos, files and voice notes you sent us.
• Your name, number, email address and account names in our inbox.
• Your customer details, such as riding level, height and weight.

What we have to keep

Italian tax and accounting law asks us to keep paid bookings, invoices and payments, usually for 10 years. We keep only what the law asks for and use it for nothing else.

To stop deleted email from coming back, we keep a scrambled code made from your email address for 30 days. Nobody can read your address from it.

How long it takes

We delete your data within 30 days of your request, usually much sooner. Messages you sent to us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger also stay in your own app and with Meta: you can delete them there yourself.
